Nollaig started Xena Accounting & Consulting following a successful career as a Management Accountant. After graduating from Trinity College, Dublin with a Bachelor of Science in Management, she went on to become a Management Accountant. For many years, Nollaig worked in the corporate world, setting up and managing Finance Departments in London, Dublin, Moscow and Zagreb and worked for companies including PWC, Société Générale, DAA, J.P. Morgan, Chase, Schroders, and F & C Asset Management, to name but a few.

After a career working with a broad spectrum of businesses across retail, banking, industry, and consultancy, Nollaig decided to set up her own business to support start-ups and small business owners. She now uses the unique perspective given to her through her working life to guide clients to be proactive in driving their business forward to achieve financial and personal success.

She is passionate about numbers and systems and knows that small business owners need to know that their accounts are in good hands and is proud of the work the team at Xena do in supporting owners realise their business dreams.
